Therapeutic Approach

Craig uses an integrative therapeutic approach and maintains a goal-oriented and solution-focused style. He integrates mindfulness and holistic wellness approaches with common traditional therapies such as cognitive-behavioral (CBT/DBT), humanistic, positive psychology, and motivational approaches. Craig encourages honest self-reflection to reconnect with your true authentic self, building a better understanding and integration of past experiences, and challenging outdated unhelpful habits and belief systems.

He believes in a more rounded holistic mind-body-spirit approach to wellness and health care that honors the important interconnection between mental, physical, and spiritual health. Craig teaches and encourages the use of diverse methods to improve symptoms such as nutritional balance, exercise and bodywork, and alternative practices such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, breathing techniques, and self-hypnosis as easily usable skills to help relieve distress and promote wellness through deep relaxation and natural self-care.
