Therapeutic Approach

Craig believes in a proactive, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral (CBT/DBT), humanistic, positive psychology, and motivational approaches with mindfulness and holistic wellness principles. Craig encourages honest self-reflection to reconnect with your true authentic self, building a better understanding and integration of past experiences, and challenging outdated unhelpful habits and belief systems. He believes in a more rounded holistic mind-body-spirit approach to wellness and health that honors the important interconnection between mental, physical, and spiritual health. For those open, Craig encourages the use of diverse methods to improve symptoms such as nutritional balance, exercise, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, breathing techniques as skills to help relieve distress and promote wellness through deep relaxation and natural self-care.
